1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and hi222 ("the Platform", "hi222", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the hi222 website located at hi222.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on hi222, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hi222 platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on hi222. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. hi222 relies on this information to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and fulfil its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hi222 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your hi222 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not save your password on shared devices or public computers.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Never respond to unsolicited requests for your hi222 account credentials. hi222 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hi222 support immediately at support at hi222.io so that the account can be secured. hi222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the security breach arose from your failure to take reasonable precautions.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your hi222 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hi222 does not apply platform-side currency conversion fees. The full deposited amount, subject to any minimum threshold, is credited to your real-money balance.

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

5.2 Deposit Limits

5.3 Deposit Processing Times

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. hi222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed KYC verification.

• Bank Transfer Withdrawals: Processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on your bank's clearing procedures.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

hi222 reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks. In the event that fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, hi222 may freeze the relevant balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Any balance held in bonus funds that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hi222 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all hi222 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or attempting to transfer a bonus to another player is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the expiry window stated in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• During bonus play, a maximum bet limit applies as stated in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and slots may contribute at different rates as stated in the bonus terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the hi222 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game type. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

8.1 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on hi222 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Additional sports including football, kabaddi, and hockey are also available. Bets are settled in accordance with hi222's published settlement rules for each market type. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply.

8.2 Live Casino

The rules of each live table game are governed by the game provider's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi222 platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of the following will face immediate account suspension and may forfeit their entire account balance:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating accounts with the intent to deceive hi222 or other players.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one hi222 account, whether individually or in coordination with other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk.
• Money Laundering: Using the hi222 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Match Fixing & Collusion: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing arrangements, insider information exploitation, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider for deposits that have already been used for gaming. Chargeback abuse constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

hi222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the platform is used for entertainment purposes only. All players are encouraged to set personal limits that reflect their individual financial circumstances and to monitor their gaming behaviour regularly.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a chosen duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hi222 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the hi222 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and databases, is the property of hi222 or is used under licence from the respective game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hi222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any hi222 content without prior written consent.

The hi222 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of hi222. Unauthorised use of any hi222 trade mark in connection with any product, service, or communication that could cause confusion is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to gaming sessions caused by technical failure, maintenance, or third-party service outages.

hi222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their hi222 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi222 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary service unavailability. hi222 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

13 Privacy & Data

hi222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

hi222 applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform and implements access-controlled, encrypted data storage for all player information. hi222 does not sell or share player personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Certain data sharing with game providers, payment processors, and financial crime prevention bodies may be required in the ordinary course of platform operation. Such sharing is governed by applicable data protection principles and is limited to the minimum data necessary for the stated purpose.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law

In the event of any dispute between you and hi222, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting hi222 support at support at hi222.io. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it first being raised, both parties may pursue resolution through such formal channels as are available under applicable law.
